Statement On Incident At our 2020 our annual meeting, there was an incident where racially charged language was used during one of the breakout sessions. This language is unacceptable. The PTPL Executive Board has addressed this situation and has taken action. This incident was not representative of PTPL as an organization. PTPL supports diversity and inclusion and condemns racism in all its forms. The PTPL Executive Board acknowledges that a code of conduct should have been implemented to ensure safety and inclusivity. From now on, a code of conduct will be required and enforced for all participants during all PTPL-sponsored events. |
