Workshops may be cancelled because of low enrollment or other extenuating circumstances. If the workshop is cancelled, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund.
There will be no penalty for cancellations received 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the workshop and full payment will be refunded.
Cancellation requests received up to 29 days but no fewer than 10 working days prior to the scheduled date of the workshop will receive a refund of one-half the registration fee.
Cancellation requests received fewer than 10 working days prior to the scheduled date of the workshop will receive no refund.
Withdrawals submitted because of emergency situations will be considered for a refund on a case-by-case basis.* The refund will have any accrued workshop costs deducted from the monies reimbursed.
*Note: If a cancellation vacancy is filled by another person, a full refund will be made.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via mail or email to the PTPL Treasurer. Confirmation of the receipt will be acknowledged within three working days. Final decisions on refunds rest with the PTPL Chair and Treasurer.
