Many of us are either already using MarcEdit or have projects that would benefit from being able to use MarcEdit. PTPL is excited to present a two-day workshop with Terry Reese, the creator of the MarcEdit program. This workshop will include hands on exercises combined with lectures. Computers will be available for participants.

About the presenter:

Terry Reese is currently the Head of Digital Initiatives at The Ohio State University Libraries.  He has been working on MarcEdit since 1999.

Registration:

Registration is $200 and is is limited to 20 participants.  Due to limited seating, registration will be limited to PTPL members until May 13th.  If you are not a member and are interested in reserving a place on the wait list, contact Linda Wirth.

Due to government regulations, registration payments cannot be accepted at the venue. Please Register and Pay online by credit card/PayPal or register online and mail check to Linda Wirth (Treasurer). All registration fees (checks) must be mailed by May 18, 2016. Registration will open on May 2 and remain open until May 16 or until all slots are filled. Breakfast and lunch are not provide but there are various dining options in and around the Library of Congress (https://www.loc.gov/visit/dining/)
